Do you Skype?

July 23, 2010 //  by James Hart, Esq.

Over the years, I’ve represented clients in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Washington, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and the list goes on.  All of these clients had several things in common.  They all had cases in my jurisdiction and needed representation, and I never met any of them face-to-face.  With the exception of one client, …

June 12, 2010 //  by James Hart, Esq.

I have been an advocate of the collaborative method of resolving divorces ever since I practiced in Florida.  As a graduate of a law school (Ohio State) that has a top dispute resolution program, I developed a keen awareness that litigation is not always the best way to resolve a dispute – especially a divorce. …

May 25, 2010 //  by James Hart, Esq.

If you are looking for a good divorce mediator in Wake County, one person to look at is Art Lieberman.  I just finished having lunch with him and one thing that struck me is just how much he cares about the people that come to see him and believes in the mediation process. As a …
